We believe in success and that success should be rewarded. Success to our clients means they get an offer of government grant finance which is not repayable. As we believe in our services and expertise we like to work on a 'Success Fee' basis. If we don't believe we will be successful in obtaining you grant finance we will not ask you to be a client, it's as simple as that!So how do we work...?
Grant Stage 1 – Initial ConsultationUK Grants Limited work with you in answering all your initial questions and assessing your eligibility, viability and chances of attracting grant aid. Such questions as;
- Am I eligible?
- How much could I potentially attract?
- How is this paid to me and when?
- Is grant finance the best option for me?
We can answer all of these questions and many more from you when you first get in touch. Our vast knowledge and network of funding body contacts means we are constantly on the pulse of changing policy and scheme updates.
All of the above is FREE and part of our initial NO fee consultation period.
So you have a potential project – What do we do now?
Grant Stage 2 – Pre-application SummaryAt this stage we will take the grant process to the next level which is to approach the relevant funding body, typically an RDA with a pre-application summary of the project for critical review. We do this in order to give you good and fair feedback before a decision to proceed to a full application is made.
What does this entail then?
- Usually a meeting with the potential applicant Face to Face.
- Compilation and submission of a pre-application brief so the funding body can assess for eligibility and also attractiveness of both company and project.
Again all of the above is FREE and part of our initial NO fee consultation period.
We have good feedback and WE are happy to proceed... So what next?
Grant stage 3 – Full applicationAt this stage we will have performed our own risk assessment on you through the first two stages and concluded whether we feel the company and project has a good chance of grant success. Our business practice is to ONLY accept clients who we believe will be SUCCESSFUL through our own application management process.
We will NOT proceed if we feel our risk assessment has indicated that your project has too many risk factors for us to proceed. We are very proud of our successful reputation and we do NOT gamble on applications.
Application Fees
Our fees are charged mainly on a success fee basis, however a small 'commitment fee' is charged upon formal engagement of our services. This fee is charged to secure commitment from the client towards the ongoing consultation and work required for a full grant submission.A Success fee will be charged on a percentage basis of the grant offered to you upon success. If we are not successful in raising you an offer of grant finance then we will NOT charge you a success fee!
We have operated on this basis since 1991 and we are still going strong!
